Decor slightly out dated but situated in a lively central area. Big & spacious. Pool is a plus. Breakfast was tasty with friendly staffs. Only stayed 1 night but will be revisiting sometimes next year in summer!
We have just returned from a Friday - Monday weekend break. The hotel was very good value for what we paid, but there were 2 things that I was disappointed with. When we arrived in our room there was no bath. When I enquired at reception I was informed that there were no rooms available with a bath. I was also looking forward to using the indoor swimming pool. Unfortunately the water was too cold to use. When I reported this to reception I was told that they were aware of this, and it would not be rectified until January. There are 2 reviews complaining of the cold pool dated April 18 & July 18. It doesn't seem that the pool has been repaired since.
Excellent location. Rooms need updating but are clean and comfortable. Food was great.staf were very friendly and professional I would definitely stay at this hotel again. A very friendly hotel to stay
After arriving from a different hotel this was impressive. Stayed 4 nights. Excellent housekeeping, . Very professional and friendly restaurant. Polite reception staff and very helpful. Close to town centre. Would visit again. A well managed hotel
Great location. It ends there though. The area deemed for smoking was directly below my room, so not only did I get the noise, I also got the rancid smoke. They stop serving hot bar food at 3pm!!! And the pool. The pool is completely unusable as it wasn't heated at all. I go open water swimming in the sea, but even I couldn't take the cold in that pool. A shame as the 2 staff on the bar were great. All in all though, terrible.
