Booked a post Christmas spa day with a friend, the pool and jacuzzi were lovely and warm and changing facilities okay. They could have done with more loungers on pool side but the staff were really friendly and helpful, my massage very good and was nearly an hour and the afternoon tea was divine. Would have been nice to have a relaxation room, but you could sit in the comfy chairs by the fire upstairs instead I suppose
Ridiculous to have this hotel rated as a four star hotel. The standards deserve a one star rating, the service a maximum of 2 and the food also at its best a two. Poor, poor and poor
